Hi, So happy you reached out…My Name is Heba Al-Zuhair (M.Phil in Nutrition Physical Activity& Public Health fromThe University of Bristol) I learnt early to appreciate the link between food intake, health and fitness so helping you look and feel great runs deep in my blood and I run the Nutrition and Wellness Centre in Bath as a nutritionists and a wellness educator.

I work with people on very simple changes to their lifestyles that create enormous long term positive changes in their lives. That way lives are changed, one person at a time to achieve a healthier body inside and out.

I am running the Reduce you body age and lose weight challenges that run for 6 weeks and cost only £39 to join. Participants get free 90min, one-to-one consultations (normal cost £45).

My passion is not about making money, it is more about helping my community live healthier, have a great time, build great friendships and get great nutrition.

In March 2012 I opened my Nutrition &Wellness Centre in Bath. The centre is open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm and it's been busy from day one! In fact I need people to help me now– so if you're interested in helping other people to lose weight and get healthy.
Whether you need help with weight loss, weight gain, digestive difficulties or targeted nutrition for athletic performance, we can help.
My one-to-one consultations, short nutrition courses and Weight Loss Challenges can teach you so much, including how to make lifestyle choices which lead to better health, increased energy and greater happiness.
It's not rocket science, it's simply getting information you can use, everyday, for the rest of your life, to keep your body strong and working well.
