What is Bath CobraFIT?

CobraFIT® is more than just a workout. It's all about the right workout in combination with the right nutrition to get you into the best shape of your life. CobraFIT is a High Intensity, Interval and Resistance Training work-out. It appeals to a wide range of participants of all ages and abilities. In just 40 minutes you will torch fat, build fitness and stamina, along with lean muscle. Expect to burn over 500 calories per session, plus experience incredible after-burn of calories with up to 70% from fat stores.

What is HIIRT?
HIIRT stands for High Intensity Interval Resistance Training.
It employs the same alternating periods of HIIT (High Intensity Interva Training) with short, high intensity exercise withshort duraton recovery periods to create fitness adaptations - adding in a weight as an additional resistance.

Why is a Bath CobraFIT class limited to 40 minutes?
The CobraFIT routine is designed to achieve the maximum results in the shortest period of time by leveraging the principles of High Intensity Interval Resistance Training (HIIRT).

It is our goal to help those who lack time and resources to become fitter and stronger without the need to spend hours in a gym. Expect to burn 500-600 calories in this time depending on the load and intensity you work at during the class.

What is the format of a class?
- Welcome and arrival 15 minutes prior to class. Prepare yourself with a refreshing herbal metabolic booster (also burns 80 calories!)
- Warm-up stretches
- 40 minute class consisting of 8 exercises / 30 second reps x 8 sets with a rest in between
- Warm-down stretches
- Post-exercise herbal (low calorie) protein refueller to aid with quick recovery and assist with transferring body fat into lean muscle mass.
Everything is included in your class fee.
